Align + Uplevel

A four month group program to support you as you work towards your current goals.

I know you are brilliant, and capable. I know you *can* do it on your own. But you're craving support.

You might be in a place where you know a lot of the right things to do, and you're doing them. But you're hitting up against obstacles, and your own "stuff" - self-doubt, overwhelm, confidence, confusion - is holding you back.

You need *something* but you can't quite put your finger on what it is. A combination of energetics, mindset, work on your beliefs, practical support - something that will help you take action more easily, support that's regular, not ad hoc.

You need to get more traction in your business, and you need it to be more profitable. You may have looked at higher priced coaching, a Mastermind, or even working 1:1 with me, but it's just not in your budget - yet, or right now, or you just have other priorities

I created this experience specifically for you.

This is a supportive container which is tailored for your needs. It's not a course, it's an experience that is focused on supporting you to achieve your next uplevel.

At this point, this experience is just for alumni of Align + Attract. Think of it as your way to receive ongoing support, coaching and feedback from me based on what's coming up for you over a period of time - without the 1:1 price tag (this is the price of two 1:1 sessions with me. And you get nine). Plus you get to connect with other like-minded business owners.

Over the time we work together you'll likely experience both flow and dips, you'll create and try new things, have a disappointment, celebrate wins - and have ongoing support as you navigate it all. Because rarely is business just up and up. And it can be lonely - get the support you need.

What does YOUR next "uplevel" look like?

It could be - working with more clients, growing your income, adding a new income stream or staying motivated and inspired in your business whilst also taking care of your health/kids or other demands. You'll settle on a main goal or intention - but don't be surprised if this changes. It's all part of it. You'll have the opportunity to develop your mindset, resilience and expand your capacity - whatever specific things you create or goals you achieve.

How does it work?

We begin on Tuesday January 30th.

You will:

• Share your main goal, current focus, challenges and questions with me in a confidential google form. (This is the intake form so you can get a taste)
• Join me for a group Reiki experience to support you energetically. This will be on January 30th.
• Participate in 8 one-hour group calls spaced fortnightly. I use my skills from Kinesiology, Reiki, Positive Psychology and NLP to help you move forwards, create a sense of support and manage the inevitable challenges + mindset blocks that come up as you grow. Although it's worth trying to attend all the calls live - it's fine to listen to the recordings! Your intention and energy get you to outcomes, not whether you come live or not
• Complete a check in form each month to guide you to reflect on your progress and support accountability
• Have the option to be paired with a buddy to support each other throughout
